Private Visa to Russia for Singapore Citizens
If you are a citizen of Singapore and want to visit relatives or friends in Russia, you will need a private (guest) visa. To obtain it, an invitation must be issued through the Russian MVD (Ministry of Internal Affairs) by your host.
What is a Private Visa?
A private visa (guest visa) allows foreign citizens to visit relatives and friends in Russia. The stay is up to 90 days. The invitation is issued through the local MVD office at the host's place of residence.
