Process of Issuing Multiple-Entry Invitations to Russia

Multiple-entry invitations allow foreign citizens to obtain visas for repeated visits to Russia without applying for a new invitation each time.

Available for: business visas (1, 3, or 5 years), with the 90/180 rule (maximum 90 days in any 180-day period).

Requirements for multiple-entry: the applicant must have previously visited Russia (at least one prior visa), and the inviting organization must justify the need for multiple entries.

Processing: 1–2 business days. Additional verification may be required for long-term invitations.

Cost: from $250 for 1-year multiple-entry, from $350 for 3-year. The higher cost reflects the extended validity period.

Tip: for first-time visitors, start with a single or double-entry visa. After your first successful trip, apply for a multiple-entry invitation.
