A telex from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) is the most reliable form of business visa invitation. It is an electronic message sent through secure diplomatic channels directly to the Russian consulate.

The telex contains all necessary information: the applicant's full name, passport details, dates of stay, purpose of visit, and the inviting organization's details.

Processing time for a standard telex is 10-14 business days. Urgent processing is available for 5-7 business days at an additional cost.

The telex is accepted by all Russian consulates worldwide without exception. It cannot be forged as it is transmitted through the MFA's secure communication system.
