Step 2: Complete the visa application form on the Russian consulate's website. Fill in all fields accurately, matching your passport details exactly.

Step 3: Gather required documents: passport (valid for 6+ months), 2 photos, completed application form, business invitation, travel insurance, and proof of accommodation.
